摘 要

在这次的毕业设计中,我在网络,图书馆中的书籍及其指导教师的指导对本次的毕业设计课题进行了全方位合理的综合整理分析,学习和改进,并且使用CAD和CAXA等绘图软件绘制出桔园除草机的装配图还有零件结构图。与此同时精确的计算出来涉及到的各个零件结构工艺的尺寸及其强度。在高速发展的今天,环境污染越来越严重,环境自身的净化能力已经无法满足其被破坏的程度,人类过分的追求发展而忽视了对环境的保护。这种杀鸡取卵的行为,在满足了自己日益膨胀的物欲的同时,也为未来人类生存的环境埋下了巨大的隐患。这些隐患在时间的流逝中已经渐渐的显露了出来,例如:冰川融化、温室效应、土地沙漠化等;随着国家“节能减排,低碳生活”的政策大力的宣传落实和执行,研发一种无废水,噪音,大气污染,操作简便,外形美观的绿色环保的桔园除草机已经迫在眉睫。我设计的果园除草机的主要原理是利用滚轮驱动机械运动。。其优点不仅仅结构简单,连接平稳,噪音小,操作容易。还能给使用者带来方便,更能给周围的人营造一个舒服、安静的工作环境,以便于更好的满足普通大众的需求。果园的除草机的设计没有一个发动机驱动,没有污染,没有复杂的操作系统,可以使用接近普通人的生活,是理想的割草机。说的原因是因为原来的动力装置的发动机驱动的割草机,保养,维修费用是非常昂贵的,并且安全性不高,操作舒适性低,卖的价格也是普通大众接受,所以,我设计的桔园除草机对于普通的大众来说在未来是有着广泛的发展前景的。果园的除草机在两边对称的设计,具有结构简单,尤其是齐力,运行非常流畅,摩擦阻力和良好的小弯曲,不易堵塞,特别是适应性强。与此同时,通过设计,更加加深了我在大学四年学习的知识,在实践中进行了对知识的综合运用,充分的利用了研究对象,这次的研究对自己是一个很大的提升,驾驭的机械设计学问还有机械设计制造及其自动化达到了一个新的高度。
