摘要：随着电力行业信息化的快速发展，电力运维涉及的信息系统越来越多。为了保证电力系统运行的安全性和稳定性，有必要建立一套适应时代变化发展的智能运维管理系统。AcrelCloud-1000变电站运维云平台采用互联网和大数据技术，为电力运维公司和配电销售公司提供变电站运维云平台。该平台采用B/S架构，可在不同的计算机端或移动应用端进行数据监控。该系统可以完全实时监控用户配电系统的运行状态和功率数据，为用户提供更好的运维服务。平台提供用户概况、电力数据监控、电能质量分析、电力分析、日/月/年能源数据报告、异常事件报警记录、运行环境监控、运行维护订单等功能，支持多平台、多终端数据访问。
With the rapid development of informatization in the power industry, more and more information systems are involved in power operation and maintenance. In order to ensure the safety and stability of the power system operation, it is necessary to establish an intelligent operation and maintenance management system that adapts to the changes and development of the times. AcrelCloud-1000 substation operation and maintenance cloud platform adopts Internet and big data technology to provide substation operation and maintenance cloud platform for power operation and maintenance companies and distribution sales companies. The platform adopts B/S architecture, which can monitor data on different computers or mobile applications. The system can completely monitor the operating status and power data of the user's power distribution system in real time, providing users with better operation and maintenance services. The platform provides functions such as user profiles, power data monitoring, power quality analysis, power analysis, daily/monthly/yearly energy data reports, alarm records of abnormal events, operating environment monitoring, and operation and maintenance orders, and supports multi-platform and multi-terminal data access.

1引言
电力改革的主题是三开放、一独立、三强化：输配电以外的商业电价、电力销售业务、配电业务、公益调整以外的供电计划，交易平台应独立。电力改革将有利于恢复电力的商品属性，实现电力交易的市场化，刺激电力企业市场，塑造电力产业价值链，推动电力销售、运维、能源管理、新能源接入等业务的发展。
基于此背景，安科瑞电气有限公司AcrelCloud-1000变电站运维云平台为电力运维公司和销售配电公司提供与用户变电站连接互动的平台，方便运维和销售公司为用户提供更好的服务。
1 Introduction
The theme of power reform is three openings, one independence, and three strengthening: commercial electricity prices other than power transmission and distribution, power sales, power distribution, and power supply plans other than public welfare adjustments, and the trading platform should be independent. Based on this background, AcrelCloud-1000 substation operation and maintenance cloud platform of Acrel Electric Co., Ltd. provides a platform for power operation and maintenance companies and sales and distribution companies to connect and interact with user substations, which is convenient for operation and maintenance and sales companies to provide users with better services .

3项目概况
浙江固特成套设备有限公司针对其所负责运维服务用户的配电工程进行变电所改造，并对其高低压配电系统进行变电所远程运维管理，实现对配电房电气参数、开关状态、变压器温度、视频、烟感、温湿度、门状态24小时不间断监视，并可以通过APP系统进行实时预警。
系统采用AcrelCloud-1000变电所运维云平台，运维平台服务器采用租界阿里云服务器方式，软件部署于云服务器，浙江固特成套设备有限公司以及其所服务的用户通过客户端电脑或者移动终端远程登录使用。每个用户根据登录账号权限设置，可以实现不同区域、不同功能的区分；变电所现场设置数据采集箱，通过4G路由器发送到运维平台服务器。现场所有配电回路根据所负责运维用户的性质，配备多功能仪温湿度检测、门状态监测、视频监控等。
4系统架构
AcrelCloud-1000变电所运维云平台采用分层分布式结构进行设计，整体架构如下：

如系统结构图所示：运维云平台包含站控管理层（运维软件）及网络通信层（变电所数据网关），现场安装多功能电力仪表及无线测温系统。
网关安装于现场数据采集箱，采用嵌入式系统，实时不间断采集数据并现场存储，进行协议转换后按照约定协议压缩上传云平台。网关可设置触发式报警、触发式主动上传，具备断点续传功能。网关自带内存可存储15天左右现场数据，网络恢复后从断点继续上传数据，保证数据不丢失。为节省流量，正常波动数据可选择5分钟间隔上传，异常数据（变位、越限等）5秒内上传并推送短信和手机APP。
5系统软件模块
◆ 平台登录界面
用浏览器打开云平台链接、输入账户名和权限密码，进行登录，防止未授权人员浏览有关信息。
◆ 平台首页
平台首页为变电所概况，包括变电所状态、地图导航和用能月报。变电所状态包括：变电所概况、运行状态、当日事件记录、当日逐时用电曲线、用电概况。
地图导航展示当前用户所管理的变电所在地图上位置等信息。
◆ 电力数据
电力数据显示变电所各回路的电力数据和曲线，包括电流、相电压、线电压、频率、功率因数、有功功率、无功功率、视在功率等参数，并可导出图表。
◆ 电力运行报表
电力运行报表显示各回路分时段的电力参数和电能的实时值，如下图所示：
◆ 用电分析
用电分析包括用能报表、同比分析、环比分析、电能集抄、计量及线路损耗。
◆ 手机APP界面
手机APP主要显示地图导航、变电站概况、电力参数、视频直播等。
6前景展望
根据运维云平台运行效果分析，AcrelCloud-1000变电所运维云平台具备优势：
