1.登录root账户,

2.添加新用户one

3.允许外网IP访问
mysql> create user 'one'@'%'identified by '789'; Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)mysql>
4.刷新权限
mysql> flush privileges;Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.02 sec)mysql>
5.为用户创建数据库
mysql> create database one DEFAULT CHARSET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci;Query OK, 1 row affected (0.03 sec)mysql>
6.为新用户分配权限
授予用户通过外网IP对于该数据库的全部权限
mysql> grant all privileges on `onedb`.* to 'one'@'%' identified by '789'; Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)mysql>
7.刷新权限
mysql> flush privileges;Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)mysql>
8.现在可以退出root,登录自己的one
