SSL peer shut down incorrectly报错解决

新下载下来的项目，sync project 时报这个错SSL peer shut down incorrectly

1.增加阿里仓库

maven { url '/nexus/content/groups/public/' }

2.把jcenter()放到最下边，调整依赖包下载的顺序

代码顺序如下：
