How is everything going? As for Chinese food, hotpot occurs to me. The reasons are as follows.
When enjoying the hotpot, you can see a steaming metal pot at the center of the dining table. Ingredients such as beef, mutton, seafood and vegetables are put into the pot while the pot keeps simmering. People wait for the materials to be cooked, take them out of the soup, and dip them in the sauce they like. Not only is hotpot a delicious dish, but it also features Chinese dietary culture. The warm and harmonious atmosphere created by friends and family sitting around to enjoy the delicacy just shows us a Chinese tradition — a happy reunion.
