今天在回家的路上，爸爸的"车不小心把一只小狗撞了.那小狗叫来叫去，非常可怜。

Today， on the way home， Dad"s car accidentally hit a dog. The dog called and called， very pitiful.

爸爸马上下车跑过去，跟狗的主人道谦，小狗没大事，我们放心地回家了。

Dad immediately got out of the car and ran to the dog"s owner. He said， "it"s OK for the dog. Let"s go home safely.".

我想：狗主人也有责任，狗应该是在家里用绳子拴住的，不能让它在路上乱跑。

I think： the owner of the dog is also responsible. The dog should be tied with a rope at home and should not be allowed to run on the road.
