苦味酸苦味酸为黄色结晶,其熔点122.5℃,凝固点121.3℃，晶体密度1.763g/cm3,微溶于水。爆炸性比梯恩梯稍强，密度为1.7g/cm3时的爆速为7260m/s,机械感度也比梯恩梯大一些。但苦味酸的酸性很强，能与金属氧化物形成苦味酸盐，有水存在时能腐蚀除锡和贵金属以外的金属，生成苦味酸盐。苦味酸的重金属盐很敏感，机械感度高，热感度也较高，极不安全。因此被梯恩梯所取代。目前，有些国家仍用苦味酸作为爆炸性能的对比标准，也可以用作制造苦味酸铵、苦味酸钾以及二硝基重氮酚等的原料。沿革 1771年由P.沃尔夫制得，当时作为皮革、丝绸和毛织品的染料使用。在雷管（见火工品）发明之后，才于1885年在法国用于装填炮弹，其安定性和生产安全性比当时使用的硝化甘油炸药要好。生产方法 根据原料不同，有两种生产方法：以苯酚为原料 先将苯酚磺化，再将磺化液硝化而制得，反应式为： C6H5OH+xH2SO4─→C6H(5-x)(SO3H)xOH+xH2O C6H(5-x)(SO3H)xOH+3HNO3─→C6H2(NO2)3OH+xH2SO4+(3-x)H2O式中的x为1～3。其生产工艺过程为:①制取苯酚二磺酸；②苯酚二磺酸经硝化成为苦味酸；③废酸分离；④水洗除去残酸；⑤干燥，得到成品。以2，4-二硝基氯苯为原料 将2，4-二硝基氯苯水解成二硝基苯酚，再硝化得到苦味酸，其反应式为： C6H3(NO2)2Cl+2NaOH─→C6H3(NO2)2ONa+NaCl+H2O 2C6H3(NO2)2ONa+H2SO4──2C6H3(NO2)2OH+Na2SO4 C6H3(NO2)2OH+HNO3──C6H2(NO2)3OH+H2O
