基于顺向与逆向工程结合的创新产品设计流程规划摘要： 产品逆向工程是在产品设计中广泛应用的一种非常重要的设计方法，文中立足于在传统正向设计思路中引入逆向工程概念，合理有效的应用目前的Cax（ 计算机辅助设计系统包括CAD，CAM，CAID 等）系统。该方法可加快产品的造型设计速度，大大缩短新产品的开发周期。以一个汽车设计实例验证了该方法。关键词：工业设计；逆向工程；设计流程 新经济时代（或称数字经济时代、后经济时代）的来临，使制造业进入了新一轮更加残酷的竞争———设计的竞争，也促使产品设计开发产生了极大的变化。传统的产品开发流程多是采用顺向工程（Sequential Engineering）的方式进行，这种方法在一些复杂设计中已经显现出明显弊端，整合CAx 技术，已经成为必由之路。正是因此，近些年来有一些专家学者提倡在产品设计中引入逆向工程（Reverse Engineering）技术。基于笔者试图将实际设计过程中所遇到的问题和前人在设计流程中总结的经验，对顺、逆向工程应用的方法和效果加以综合整理并且尝试提出创新产品设计流程规划。1 顺、逆向工程在设计流程中的比较与分析 逆向工程，顾名思义与顺向工程的设计流程不同，其过程是依靠已经存在的零件或是产品原型的表面所得到的资料来建立3D CAD 模型，而不是透过设计图。 如图1 所示，其两个设计流程的主要差别在于传统的顺向工程是概念设计、产品规范到产品设计图，而逆向工程则是由测量到的资料来反推得到3D CAD 模型。顺向的产品开发程序是设计师依据产品企划时所定的规划与设计构想，绘制草图及效果图，并且依据效果图制作手工模型，或以建构CAD 几何模型，最后进行NC 或RP（Rapid Prototype）的加工程序。然而导入逆向工程设计程序后，设计师仍是依据产品设计企划时所定的规范与设计构想，但效果图或精细描绘则已不是必备的程序了，取而代之的将是直接运用逆向工程对PU 泡沫或油土模型进行点资料扫描，并交由CAD 系统进行编修与重建，最后进行NC 或RP 的加工程序，从开发角度看，这个流程中可以明显发现顺、逆向工程的差异如图2 所示。 单纯全流程逆向工程会产生以下问题：资料量大、调取数据麻烦、曲面定位（Location）、曲面的连续性控制等。采用混合式设计流程，仅需要对修改部分作局部逆向工程快速重建、从而能缩短整个设计制造的程序。如图3 所示。
