铁路装卸费率铁路装卸费率铁路装卸费率铁路货物装卸作业费是铁路货物运输杂费的一种，装卸费率是为托运人、收货人提供装卸、搬运服务时的劳务价格。中国在1955年至1984年的30年间，铁路货物装卸费率实行的是统一计费条件下的分区费率.全路按铁路局或铁路分局分为九个费率不等的费率区1985年后，随着铁路货物装卸费率的审批权下放，各铁路局执行经当地(省或地区)物价主管部门批准的费率。这一时期的装卸费率在收费项目和计费重量、作业范围以及货物类项划分等计费条件方面，全路费率水平高低相差较大。自1991年5月1日起，根据《中华人民共和国铁路法》第25条规定:国家铁路的旅客、货物运输杂费的收费项目和收费标准由国务院铁路主管部门规定铁道部依据铁路货物装卸搬运作业的特点，制订了统一全路收费项目和计费条件的《铁路货物装卸作业计费办法》。并在此基础上实行按作业成本和当地物价水平确定地区差别费率。现行铁路货物装卸的收费项目分为整车、零担、集装箱货物装卸、搬运费和杂项作业费四大类。铁路整车货物装卸搬运费率按铁路装卸行业的特点分为普通包装论件货物，只按重量承运不计件数的货物，鲜活货物，易碎货物，贵重货物，危险货物，污秽货物，木材和竹类货物，水泥制品和重件货物10类12个费率号。铁路零担货物装卸搬运费率按普通零担，危险品零担和重件零担分为3个费率号。铁路集装箱货物装卸搬运和掏装箱费率按1吨、5吨、6吨、10吨、20英尺和40英尺箱型、空重箱分别确定费率。上述三大类货物装卸费率均以普通包装论件货物的费率作为基准价，它们之间保持一定的比价关系。为适用于全路不同站场的不同作业条件，又规定了特殊作业条件下的加(减)成率。为鼓励和促进集装化运输，对实行集装化的货物，按不同的品类分别给予一定比例的优惠。
