中央空调系统节能改造简介中央空调提供工厂,商场,写字楼,娱乐场所,宾馆酒楼和住宿楼的制冷,保持整栋大厦温度恒定,但因为季节和昼夜的变化,还有宾馆酒楼客人入住率的变化及娱乐场所开放时间变化,这样大厦需冷量具有很明显的需求变化,而传统中央空调并不能监测环境的变化而调节自身的能耗,加之工艺设计上电机功率设计有相当的富裕量,即水泵的流量和扬程都大于实际所需,所以加装本公司开发生产的变频节能装置是十分必要和有明显节电效果的。随着变频技术的成熟和发展,“一天的电费用两天的电”不再是天方夜谭。对中央空调进行变频节能改造是降本增效的一条捷径。1.中央空调系统大致构成如图1所示,中央空调系统主要由以下几部分组成:1.1冷冻主机与冷却水塔a、冷冻主机 冷冻主机也叫致冷装置,是中央空调的“致冷源”,通往各个区间的循环水由冷冻主机进行“内部热交换”,降温为“冷冻水”。近年来,冷冻主机也有采用变频调速的,是由生产厂原配的,不必再改造。未采用变频调速的冷冻主机,改造为变频变速的例子还不多。 b、冷却水塔 冷冻主机在致冷过程中,必然会释放热量,使机组发热。冷却水塔用于为冷冻主机提供“冷却水”。冷却水在盘旋流过冷冻主机后,将带走冷冻主机所产生的热量,使冷冻主机降温。1.2“外部热交换”系统由以下几个系统组成:a冷冻水循环系统 由冷冻泵及冷冻水管道组成。从冷冻主机流出的冷冻水由冷冻泵加压送入冷冻水管道,通过各房间的盘管,带走房间内的热量,使房间内的温度下降。同时,房间内的热量被冷冻水吸收,使冷冻水的温度升高。温度升高了的循环水经冷冻主机后又成为冷冻水,如此循环不已。从冷冻主机流出,进入房间的冷冻水简称为“出水”,流经所有房间后回到冷冻主机的冷冻水简称为“回水”。无疑回水的温度将高于出水的温度形成温差。b冷却水循环系统 冷却泵、冷却水管道及冷却塔组成。冷冻主机在进行热交换、使水温冷却的同时,必将释放大量的热量。该热量被冷却水吸收,使冷却水温度升高。冷却泵将升了温的冷却水压入冷却塔,使之在冷却塔中与大气进行热交换,然后再将降温了的冷却水,送回到冷冻机组。如此不断循环,带走了冷冻主机释放的热量。流进冷冻主机的冷却水简称为“进水”,从冷冻主机流回冷却塔的冷却水简称为“回水”。同样,回水的温度将高于进水的温度形成温差。c冷却风机 有两种情况:盘管风机 安装于所有需要降温的房间内,用于将由冷冻水管冷却了的冷空气吹入房间,加速房间内的热交换。
