劲性钢筋混凝土结构施工劲性钢筋混凝土结构施工construction of steel reinforced concrete structureJ inxing gangjin hunningtuj一egou shigong劲性钢筋混凝土结构施工(。onstruetion ofsteel reinforeed eonerete strueture)在钢结构骨架周围配置钢筋并浇灌混凝土而形成一种组合结构的施工过程。劲性钢筋混凝土结构兼有钢结构和混凝土结构的诸多优点,如承载力强、抗震性能好和施工速度快等,特别是钢结构骨架本身可以承担施工荷载,可以取消施工中的支撑体系,简化模板结构,从而能缩短工期,获得较大的经济效益。劲性钢筋混凝土结构多用于多层及高层框架结构,以及柱网大、荷载重、构件断面尺寸受到限制的结构物,能满足其特殊功能要求。劲性钢筋混凝土框架结构的梁和柱,其钢结构骨架的组合形式有空腹格构式和实腹式两种。20世纪60年代以前,房屋结构多采用空腹格构式,其断面的弦杆由角钢组成,腹杆分平腹杆和斜腹杆,腹杆和弦杆采用焊接或铆接。由于空腹格构式钢骨架的抗剪强度低,到70年代,随着轧制H型钢的发展以及钢结构焊接工艺的进步,以及在对结构物抗震性能普遍受到重视的情况下空腹钢骨架已多为实腹钢骨架所替代。空腹钢骨架一般仅在小梁以及其它一些应力较小的构件中采用。劲性钢筋混凝土框架结构多采用现浇混凝土施工方法。框架节点采用柱子钢骨架上下贯通和梁钢骨架左右贯通两种做法。但一般多采用前者。节点构造上通常采用梁和柱骨架不直接相连的方法。按照施工条件,柱子钢骨架可采用若干楼层高度为一段,进行分段制作。与梁连接的部位制成短梁(牛腿),待现场柱子钢骨架安装完毕后,再将梁钢骨架与牛腿连接。当劲性钢筋混凝土结构采用预制方法施工时,为了安装方便,多将梁直接与柱子焊接,取消牛腿,以减少焊接工作量。由于梁柱断面组成关系到节点构造,梁柱断面形式的选择需同时考虑构件连接间题。其主筋配置与钢筋混凝土结构不同,一般多配置在断面的角部(矩形断面),并受钢筋根数的限制而控制在一定范围内。梁柱节点连接过去常采用铆钉或高强度螺栓连接,近年来已较少采用,即便采用铆钉拼接的梁柱钢骨架,其连接节点也几乎全采用焊接。设计劲性钢筋混凝土结构构件断面时,要考虑便于混凝土施工,满足结构构造要求,诸如混凝土保护层厚度、钢骨架与钢筋的间距、钢筋之间间距以及混凝土配合比等。 (姿彦刚)
