浮杯式冷凝水排除器分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:自动排出式冷凝水排除器的一种。在外壳中有一浮杯。当冷凝水进入并积聚于外壳与浮杯间的空隙处时,浮杯被托起,同时固定于浮杯上的杆将活门关闭。当冷凝水积聚到浮上边缘时,开始溢流入浮杯中,待达支一定深度后,浮杯下沉,同时开启活门,冷凝水就由套管经单向活门而被排出器外。浮杯在排出一定量的冷凝水后,重新浮起,关闭活门停止排水。从浮杯开始上浮,直到活门关闭,杯内的水面始终高于套管末端,因此蒸汽不会逸出。在起动或在烘热排除器时,先将排气活门开启,迅速排除积聚在器内的空气。烘热后,关闭排气活门,排除器就进入正常操作。停止时可拨开塞子以排尽器内的冷凝水和沉积物。浮杯重量可用压杯物来调节。浮杯式排除器虽是间歇操作,但却优于浮球式,例如排水操作易于控制,活动部分不致与外壳粘结等。
