ACEIP分子式:CAS号:性质:又称血管紧张肽转化酶抑制肽(剂)。是一类功能肽的总称。已知这些肽是血管紧张肽转化酶(angiotensin-converting enzyme,EC3.4.15.1,ACE)的抑制剂。已阐明结构的ACEI肽已有近20种天然肽,二肽至十肽不等。它们在分子结构上有一个共同特点,即氨基(N)末端为焦谷氨酸,羧基(C)末端为脯氨酸,肽链中脯氨酸含量较高,且往往成对出现。如从蝮蛇中分离得到的一种九肽(teprotide),就是一种血管紧张肽转化酶的竞争性抑制剂,有抗高血压作用,静脉注射后作用时间长(口服无效)。这类天然发现的ACEI肽对正常人或动物的血压无任何影响,而仅对某些病理条件下的高血压患者有保持血压趋正常的功能。如从食品蛋白质磷虾、金枪鱼、沙丁鱼、鲣鱼、玉米、大豆、酒糟、酪蛋白、酸奶、无花果和新鲜乳汁中都分离到对ACE有抑制作用的肽类。
