今天老师布置了一个作业：观察秋天的树叶。

奶奶家旁边有一棵香椿树，我走近细细观察起来：它每片叶子都很大，每一片都是深绿色的，仔细观察，我惊奇地发现，每一枝都有八对叶子！真是“椿叶知多少，一枝八对叶”呀！在这八对叶旁边，我又发现了八对黄绿色的小叶子。这枝的茎还不算明显，对着阳光才能看到。而那些老的却很明显。有一些树叶上有一些被咬过的痕迹，那是一种老人叫“官二小姐”的虫子啃的。
我走出奶奶家的院子，看到了自行车道与机动车道中间的绿化带上，种着一排长满“扇子“的银杏树。我摘下一片小“扇子”看了看，这些“扇子”还有点像鱼尾，把夏天扇去，秋天扇来。这让美丽的秋天变得更加鲜艳，更加神秘……银杏叶子边上有一条波浪似的线条，而且我还惊奇地发现，从远处看，还的确挺像一片片青绿色的小扇子挂在树上随风摇摆呢！所以，我给银杏树取了一个新的名字—“小扇子树”。
我左瞧瞧，右看看，四周没有什么树了，我突然想起来了：玉湖公园不是有很多树吗？说不定可以找到题材。我跑上了玉湖公园的假山上，看到了几棵松树，它们蓬蓬松松的，却时时刻刻挺着腰板。它坚强不屈、不畏风霜、四季永驻的精神，怎能让我想不到守卫我们国家，日日夜夜尽心尽力的解放军战士？再看那密密麻麻、钢针般的树叶，俨然是一副无法穿透的盔甲，象征着战士坚不可摧的气概。即使冬雪降临，树枝上挂满了雪花，但它依然银装素裹，傲然挺立。
