浮标浮标buoy浮于水面的一种航标。通过锚链锚碇于水底以固定标位。浮标应用广泛，其功能是标示航道范围，指示浅滩或危及航行安全的障碍物。在昼夜通航的水域上所设的浮标，带有发光灯具，称灯浮。浮标按布设的水域可分为海上浮标和内河浮标。海上浮标的基本形状有罐形、锥形、柱形、杆形等。由于浮标受风、浪、潮的影响，标体有一定浮移范围，不能用作测定船位的标志。若采用活结式杆形浮标则位置准确，受撞后可复位。内河浮标有鼓形浮标、三角形浮标、棒形浮标、横流浮标和左右通航浮标等。浮标的形状、颜色、顶标、光色等按规定标准制作，均有一定含义。1971年国际航标协会的技术委员会把各种海上浮标归为A、B两个系统。A系统为侧面标志（面向港口红色在左）和方位标志相结合的系统；B系统为侧面标志系统（面向港口红色在右）。1980年第十届国际航标会议合并了A、B系统为统一系统，包括侧面标志、方位标志、孤立危险物标志、安全水域标志和专用标志等5类标志。侧面标志在A、B系统中标示内容相反，其他4种标志是一致的。方位标志是在以危险物或危险区为中心的真方位西北至东北、东北至东南、东南至西南、西南至西北4个象限内，分别设立北方位标、东方位标、南方位标、西方位标，标示可航水域在方位标同名一侧。孤立危险物标志设在危险物上或尽量靠近危险物的地方，指示船舶应避开航行。安全水域标志设在航道中央或中线上，标志周围均可通航。专用标志用于标示某一特定水域或特征，如检疫锚地、禁航区、海上作业等。欧洲国家、非洲国家和海湾地区，以及亚洲一些国家和澳大利亚、新西兰采用A系统，称为A区域；美洲国家、日本、韩国、菲律宾采用B系统，称为B区域。中国采用A系统。
