尚义县草原天路东起张北县白龙洞景区，贯穿尚义县鱼儿山景区、石人背景区、大青山景区，全长59公里。本项目依托尚义深厚的文化底蕴和突出的坝上自然风光、地质资源，将打造贯穿河北草原风情大区的靓丽风景道。
建设内容
1、修建鱼儿山景区、石人背景区、大青山景区连接 草原天路西线的公路。
2、修建鱼儿山景区、石人背景区、大青山景区的停 车场、厕所、服务中心等旅游基础设施。
3、完善优化鱼儿山景区、石人背景区、大青山景区的景观。
投资亮点
项目建成后，将成为草原天路西线靓丽风景线，具有打造成中国最美自驾游风景道的潜力。
投资估算
总投资22亿元，拟吸引投资额22亿元。
效益分析
预计草原天路尚义段建成后，年游客接待量100 万人次左右，综合年收入超过2亿元。将带动天路沿途甲石河乡、红土梁镇、南壕堑镇、套里庄乡4个乡镇，两侧10公里范围内的贫困村40个，贫困户3963户，贫困人口6972人脱贫。

项目目前处于规划设计阶段，已完成规划初稿，进行了部分政府性投入。

Project profile
Shangyi County prairie road starts from Bailong cave scenic area in the east in Zhangbei county and runs through Yuer mou门t3in see门ic 3「63, tho ston6 man background area, the Mount Daqing scenic spot in Shangyi county with 59 kilometers of total length. Relying on profound culture and outstanding natural scenery on dam and geological resourcesin Shangyi county, the project will create a beautiful scenic spot that pass through the grassland of Hebei.
Construction content
1.Build Yuershan scenic area, the stone man background area,and the Mount Daqing scenic spot to connect the highway of west line of the prairie road.
2.Build tourism infrastructure such as parking, toilet and service centers of Yuer mountain scenic area, tho stone man"s background area and Mount Daqing scenic spots.
3.Optimize and improve the landscape of Yuer mountain scenic the stone man"s background area and the Mount Daqing scenic area.
Investment bright spots
After the completion of the project, it will become the beautiful scenery line of west line of grassland road and obtain the potential to become the most beautiful scenic spot for self driving.
Investment estimation
The total investment is 2.2 billion yuanand same amount of funds will be proposed to be introduced.
Benefit analysis
It is estimated that after the completion of the Shangyi section of prairie Road, there will be about 1 million tourists reception per year with a total annual income of more than 200 million yuan. It will drive the 4 passing villages and towns including Jiashihe town, Hongtuliang town, Nanhaozhan town and Taolizhuang town, 40 poverty-stricken villages within its covering 10 km range, 3963 poverty- stricken households and 6972 poor people to get rid of poverty.
The current situation of construction
At present, the project is in the stage of planning and design. The first draft has been completed and some government input has been carried out.
