基于J2EE架构的社保系统框架的应用研究-计算机技术专业论文

摘 要

随着社会保险制度的不断发展和日趋完善，社会保险业务发生了巨大的变 化，其业务量逐渐增多，适用范围也逐渐扩大，对社保经办业务和社保系统支 撑模式提出了一个更高的要求，各地都需要建立一个符合当地实际情况的社会 保险业务系统。而在社会保险业务系统的开发过程中，架构和框架的选择成为 了关系到系统成败的重要的因素。随着 Internet 的普及和 J2EE 架构技术的广泛 应用，基于 J2EE 架构并采用多层 B/S 结构，结合 MVC 设计模式所设计开发 出来的社会保险系统已经成为了当前社会保险系统发展的趋势。

在社保系统软件的开发过程中，虽然当前市面上开源框架种类繁多且功能 强大，但在实际开发过程中开发人员只能用到这些框架其中的一部分功能，而 且对于社保行业的针对性不够强。因此为了解决框架目标不明确，行业针对性 不够强的问题，市场就迫切需要一个基于社保行业系统的开发框架。社保系统 框架是基于 J2EE 标准应用方案的基础之上，并根据社保行业的特点进行了进 一步的扩展与定制。框架通过提供公共的组件，并封装公共的服务使得开发人 员只需关注业务逻辑的实现即可。开发人员通过运用此框架，并在框架基础之 上进行的系统的开发，不仅代码的层次结构清晰、复用度高、系统的灵活性和 可扩展性好，而且开发人员的开发效率大大提高了，并有助于系统后期的维护 和升级。

本文以某市的社会保险系统平台框架的研发项目为例，首先从社会保险系 统的背景出发，分析了当前社会保险系统的特点和目前国内社保系统的发展状 况。紧接着阐述了 J2EE 体系结构和 MVC 设计模式的思想和特性、J2EE 开源 框架、Web 开发技术、中间件服务器等内容。并基于以上理论分析了社会保险 系统框架的结构，并根据分层的思想详细叙述了框架各功能层的内容和功能。 最后，结合一个具体的开发实例，阐述了如何通过运用此框架，并在其基础上 如何完成一个实际项目模块的开发。

实际情况表明，通过运用此框架并在其基础之上所进行的系统的开发，已 经成功构建了某市社保局的社会保险核心系统，且该系统在实际的运行过程中 取得了良好的效果，具有较好的应用前景。

With continuous development and improve-ment of the social insurance system, social insurance business has undergone tremendous changes,its business volume increases gradually and suitable scope also expands gradually, which put forward a higher request of the social insurance agency business and model of social insurance system, the social insurance business system need to be established according to the local actual situation. But at the process of the social insurance system development, architecture and framework became the important factors of system related to the success or failure.
