翻译
翻译技巧：
第一个that引导的从句应该分译, 此时发现关系代词that指代的是workers，workers作为名词在从句中应该做主语，宾语，表语。但是从句的谓语动词try前已经有主语：countries like Britain, Canada and Australia, 故该that只能做宾语了。
第二个that引导的定从应该倒译。
翻译：
这些人是这种类型的工作者，像英国、加拿大和澳大利亚等国通过使用授予大学毕业生特权的移民条例，尝试着去吸引这些工作者。
